Stay-to-Play Policy – Dells Cup Events

This is a stay-to-play event. Participation in any Dells Cup event requires compliance with this policy.

Required Steps for Teams:

Select a Hotel:
Please choose a hotel option by visiting the Hotel Partner tab on our website.
Reserve Your Room:
Contact your selected hotel directly and use the provided booking code to secure your reservation. You are welcome to share this booking code with family and friends who wish to attend and enjoy the weekend.
If a booking code is not listed, please contact Aaron using the email below.

Policy Details:
The stay-to-play requirement applies to all teams traveling from more than one hour away. Exceptions may be granted upon request and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

This policy is in place because our facility is owned by the Village of Lake Delton and leased by Ybrik Management LLC. Continued facility improvements are supported in part by the economic impact generated through hotel partnerships associated with our events. Additionally, Lake Delton Ice (dba of Ybrik Management LLC) receives rebates from partner hotels, which helps offset operational costs and allows us to keep tournament fees more affordable for participating teams and local youth programs.

Player Registration Status:
If your player’s name does not appear on the confirmed list, it indicates that either payment has not been received or registration information is incomplete.
